I knew from the start that I wanted to do something special. Following extensive medical training in spine medicine and four years as Assistant Professor of Spine Surgery at the University of Texas Medical School, I knew exactly what it was. ~ Richard R.M. Francis, M.D.

We aspire to develop genuine relationships with each patient and ensure a safe and rewarding experience throughout every step of their treatment and recovery. All patients are offered an appointment to see Dr. Francis within three days of calling, and on the same day if needed. At every visit, patients are seen directly by Dr. Francis. The referring provider receives a letter or call regarding the patients’ consults within 24 hours. We have built close relationships with teams of neurologists, physical medicine and pain specialists to assure timely delivery of care.
We emphasize the value of conservatism. Because most spine conditions will resolve with non-operative care, we only offer surgery after examining and exhausting all reasonable forms of conservative treatment options.
For the comfort of our patients waiting to be seen, our inviting waiting area features a flat screen television, magazines, and a fully-stocked coffee bar and a charging station for universal smart phones and tablets.
