Dr. Francis did my lumbar fusion and foraminal decompression surgery in October 2008. Eight months later I was out playing golf – only 9 holes but it felt great. I have a 2 1/2-year-old grandchild that loves to dance with her Paw Paw. A month ago, my niece down here and bought a house in New Waverly, Texas. The plumbing under the house was all bad.
